  Parasites are organisms that survive by attacking pets and farm animals for nourishment. They live within or on the body and take benefits from food the animal eats and relies on the protection of the host animal. The victim animal becomes the sufferer.  On the other hand, external parasites such as ticks transfer disease from animals to people. However, a combination of watchful management of animals and targeted medicines can control parasites before more harm is done by these organisms. The major types of animal parasiticides are ectoparasiticides and endoparasiticides. Here’s a brief overview: Ectoparasiticides  Arthropod parasites or ectoparasites have become the major causes of livestock production losses throughout the world. In addition, many arthropod species can act as vectors of disease agents for both animals and people. Treatment with various parasiticides to reduce or eliminate ectoparasites is often required in order to maintain health and to prevent economic loss in f
